hello everyone,

I had a question please. As I am still waiting for my noa2 i have been worried about filling the DS.

I have been before in the states, and in the DS they ask have you ever been in the states before, where, when and etc etc.

Now they also ask if i ever been denied, which i applied for a tourist visa this march to go and visit my fiance while we had applied for the K1 and they knew that i was waiting for the noa2, now the question is i will HAVE to mention that i was once denied right? i mean i know that but do you guys think it will be an issue? because i applied for a B2 in the first place just to go and visit him but the consul said go home and wait for your K1. Thanks in advance! :)

Last year I also applied for B2 to visit him and was denied having in mind that at that time we were not engaged. You must include the information for the denial 100% in the DS 156 as they will know it anyway. I really hope that this denial won't cause us any problems.

I was denied entry to the US twice before my interview. It was a non-issue

They already knew about it, so best to give all the details and answer the questions truthfully

Good luck
