Currently I'm too worried about my wife's health to be concerned about my EAD. She hasn't been feeling well for a couple days now and has been having dizzy spells and lightheadedness. I'm so worried about her. This woman is my everything.

My interview is at Santa Ana. Where is yours?

Btw, I have a question. My husband (USC) changed address with DMV. However, he doesn't get a new driver license with updated address yet. I wonder when we come to the interview and they ask for ID, will it be a problem with his driver license with the old address?

oh, I see! Didn't know there is an office in Santa Ana, Every place seems moving way faster than the LA office :( :(

And I also have the same problem, I just went to DMV changed my address to match my hubby's(his mom's house)like 3 weeks ago

Don't know if I can get it before the interview.

I have seen someone got questioned by not having the address matched on DL. So you guys should be prepared for that.

I finally had all the information I needed to send in my RFE, and so went to the post office this morning! I used express mail, and it's guaranteed to arrive by Wednesday at 3! Hopefully they'll get to it next week and hear something from them :unsure:

Day 139 - 17 September 2012 Interview & APPROVED on the Spot!! :)
Day 145 - 23 September 2012 Received Green Card!

... My question is: Should I send just the copy of the form 1040 (2 pages) plus a copy of the W2? Or should I send the whole thing, including all portion of papers printed?

You don't need to send any of the worksheets or summary. You are required to send the 1040, the W2s, every 1099 if used, any schedule if used. A tax transcript ordered from the IRS would replace all the documents I already mentioned.

It's hard not to be nervous when a decision so important rests in the hands of a stranger. Got to believe in God and pray he guides us.

We live in Chicago right now, and my husband still has a Driving Licence from the State of Oregon. It wasn't an issue at all, at least, during our interview.

AOS Journey:

Day 0 - 05/10/12: Mailed AOS package to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Priority Mail;

Day 1 - 05/11/12: Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox;

Day 6 - 05/16/12: NOA1 email/text notification;

Day 7 - 05/17/12: Checks cashed by USCIS;

Day 9 - 05/19/12: Hard copies of NOA received;

Day 13 - 05/23/12: ASC Appointment Notice (biometrics scheduled for 06/15/12);

Day 19 - 05/29/12: Walk-in Biometrics (second attempt successful);

Day 32 - 06/11/12: Email and letter in hand with an appointment notice for the interview (scheduled for June 12, 2012);

Day 63 - 07/12/12: Interview at National Benefits Center: APPROVED!

I am not a doctor, but if that will help you I have had the same symptoms and just turned out to be low blood pressure. Not a big deal. Don't suffer too much in advance:)

So my RFE package arrived at the PO Box address, but there was "no authorized receiver", so it's waiting at the post office. Seems to me it's the same thing- waiting in the PO Box and at the post office- but apparently they're different.

I also got a notice that if the package isn't picked up within 5 days it's returned to the sender. Does anyone know if they regularly pick up the mail at the Lee's Summit, MO address? People must send express to them all the time, so I'm sure they do. I guess I'm just worrying because the deadline for my RFE is coming up soon.
