What if Beneficiary has Change of Address

After rereading the "How to bring your spouse to live in the United States", I just saw and realized that at the NVC step they send the original DS-3032 and interview letter to the Beneficiary.

So the question is what happens if between NOA1 and NVC (that's where we are now) the Beneficiary moves? Do we reflect the new address on the DS-230 call or what?

Mail to Nigeria will probably never get there and frankly having Visa information mailed there makes me nervous.

The beneficiary's new address would be written on the DS-230.

If the NVC has both petitioner and beneficiary email addresses on record, they will send correspondence by email. Once a case number is assigned, ensure they have both email addresses and you need not worry about anything being mailed.

Your husband will receive an email with the info he needs as long as you have provided an email address for him. You can give this and physical change of address at NVC stage.

When my husband had his first interview they sent me and him an email stating the date. They don't do that anymore? The petitioner should always know when and where. I got the email before he did. And yes any time you are mailing personal info about yourself to Nigeria its dangerous.

But this DS-230 is driving me nuts - mean now husband is in Lagos maybe moving back to Port Harcourt for a short spell but coming back to Lagos on maybe a month or two. What address should he use? Man

I woild use Lagos address cos he is there now you know he is going back there after afew months so use Lagos address. Since they are going to contact him by email anyway. I feel the same way you do about getting good news soon. I am also geeked up.
