I originally filed an I129f on 12/9/2011. was approved on 4/6/2012. BUT we got married in Manila on 2/22/2012 for her family and close friends to attend. Waited for cert. copies of our marriage certificate and Changed course to I130, NOA1 for the I130 on 4/20/2012.

My question is do i still need to send another I129F? IF so, when? I see the I129 should be filed if applying the k3 but not the IR/CR1

u file i-129 if u wanna do the k3 visa which is not good for u cuz it takes same period of time as i-130 u dont need to file it. just wait for your i-130 to be approved and u ll be fine.

05/30/2014 Package Received

06/02/2014 NOA1

07/07/2014 Biometrics Appointment

12/01/2014 case transferred for California service center

01/13/2015 Second Biometrics appointment

01/23/2015 case approved

Yes, love my baby is correct. Since the CR1 processing wait times have decreased it has made the K3 pretty much obsolete. You can still file the I129f simultaneously but it's almost a guarantee that you'll be wasting your time, ink & postage.

06/22/2011: NOA2

06/30/2011: NVC

07/05/2011: DS-3032 email received

07/05/2011: DS-3032 emailed

07/06/2011: AOS Bill received

07/06/2011: AOS Fee Paid

07/09/2011: I864 Sent

07/11/2011: IV Fee Bill received

08/30/2011: IV Fee Paid

09/30/2011: IV Pkg Sent

10/24/2011: RFE (we dragged our feet from here on)

(forget all this for now, let's go on holiday!)

03/13/2012: NVC CASE COMPLETE!!

04/05/2012: Received interview appt email

06/22/2012: Medical @ Knightsbridge

06/29/2012: Interview 8am-Result: Pending

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
