Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Hi friends. I have not still got COA and DS form from nvc. My Pd is 28 April. I have attorney in us. My question is can i call nvc to get information about my case status by myself? If yes, how can i ask about my case status and the latest update on it? I guess they may already sent new forms to my lawyer but he has not inform me about that?

of course you can call the nvc by yourself. here's the number +16033340700. they will be asking your case number, beneficiary's name and date of birth as well as that of the petitioner's so make sure you have them ready when you call.

N-400 Timeline:

hi any update? my pd is 28 april 2011 and still no COA or AOS.

Hi mohammada you have to make a call to nvc for follow up of your case because i have a friend who's pd is april 3,2011 she is now case completed, on my case im waiting for the nvc for my case to be completed because im done with all requirements and payments, so gudluck and godbless

hi friend

have you got your DS-230 form from NVC ? when is your PD and when did you receive DS-230 and affidavit support ?

my PD is 28 Apr. 2011 but still have not got these forms.
