I didnt know it had an expiration date. I wish the embassy would give me the same information they gave him.

If he has a K-3, he's good to come to the U.S. Of course he has to go through CBP and all that.

Yes....His visa has an expiration of 6 months if he does not use it before then.

Right. But if he comes here, it's a 2 year multi-entry.

im confused.

6months it will expire? but he has 2 years to use it as a multiple visa? dont get it. or is it as long as he uses it in 6 months then its valid for 2 years?

He has 6 months to enter for the first time. After that the visa is multi-entry. He can come and go as he pleases as long as he has no issues with CBP.

and not only that....she will continue to spend money on someone that is taking her for granted

I take that back. I misread it.

I hate it when people do this in this thread. She's asking about her options related to the visa, not relationship advice.

No she is not....she is asking if she should try to make it work with this man....read the story and her comments

oh. so as long as he doesnt come. i have a feeling in that 6 months he may purchase it some how.

He said he'd pay me back when he got here. Since he never told me about his finances, and financially didnt even take care of me there despite making more than twice as of what I did, I have no clue of what he has or doesnt.

Life is short and every day is precious.

You have a right to happiness and to be

with someone who shares the same goals,

morals, beliefs, and dreams with you.

The relationship you have now ... you

will just end up dying inside and speaking

from experience, it takes so long to come

'back to life' on the inside.

Hmm. Not sure if you can do much to stop him from coming. The Embassy part is over. Visa issued.

Customs and Border Protection. Basically going through immigration at the airport in the U.S. when you arrive on an international flight.
