My wife and I will be applying for I-751 JOINT PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE. We are planning on providing the following supporting documentation:

a) Marriage Certificate

b) Copy of Driver License Card, petioner

c) Certificate of Birth with translation, petioner

d) Copy of Social Security Card, petioner

e) Copy of ID, US Citizen spouse

f) U.S. Certificate of Birth, US Citizen spouse

g) Copy of Social Security Card, US Citizen spouse

h) Joint tax filing status evidence, YEAR 2009

i) Joint tax filing status evidence, YEAR 2010

j) Joint tax filing status evidence, YEAR 2011

k) Beneficiary Form, FIDELITY INVESTMENTS

l) Bank Statements, CITIBANK July, 2009- April, 2012

m) Car Title

n) Credit Cards

o) Lease Agreement

p) Copy of Car Insurance Cards

q) Utility Bills, DirecTV

r) Utility Bills, AT&T

s) School Documents, US Citizen spouse

t) Photos

u) Wedding Invitation

v) Love Cards

w) Magazine Subscription, petitioner

Do you think it is sufficient? Any recommendations?

These documents are more than enough but make sure you get official IRS Tax Transcipt for the years of 2009, 2010 & 2011 instead of your quote "Joint tax filing status evidence, year 2009, 2010 & 2011".

There is really no need to send your marriage certificate, birth certificates, or social security cards. USCIS already has this information.
