Hello,

who got a RFE before? I got an email on Tuesday telling me, that the USCIS will send us a letter of what they need from us. We are still waiting for the letter, does anyone knows how long it usually take to recive that letter?

You will probably receive it in a few days. And it's usually for something you forgot to sign or a missing document.

Ours was for not sending in the original signed G-325A's. We sent in photocopies, instead of the originals. So, all we had to do was reprint them, sign them, and send them back to them in the envelope they provided.

After receiving an RFE and returning the requested information to USCIS, you will usually get approval very shortly afterwards.

I got my RFE in email on the 22nd, they said they mailed it on the 22nd. So i will be looking out for it on monday or tuesday. It dont take long. I live in Florida and I got my NOA1 3 days AFTER they sent it off in the mail.
