HI VISAJOURNEY! I JUST WANT TO ASK SOMETHING, I RECEIVE OUR NOA2 LASTWEEK APRIL 19, 2012.. I JUST RECEIVE MY NOA2 HARD COPY YESTERDAY APRIL 23, 2012.. I ALREADY HAD ALL THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE SENT TO MY FIANCEE... MY QUESTION NOW, IS IT OK TO SEND NOW HER REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERVIEW EVEN DO THE NVC DIDN'T RECEIVE OUR NOA2 YET OR STILL EARLY TO SEND THE REQUIREMENTS FOR HER INTERVIEW..

I don't know what requirement u mean here. and if u are talking about I-134 form and financial evidence u should wait till u receive NOA2 cuz it will be dated and of course would be better if it has new date.

MY QUESTION IS, IF I CAN SEND THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT, LETTER OF INTENT, G325A, I-129F COPY EMPLOYMENT LETTER, ITR, BANK STATEMENT, PAYSTUB, PROOF OF ONGOING RELATIONSHIP TO HER NOW? SO U MEAN TO SAY I WILL WAIT FOR THE NVC TO RECEIVE MY NOA2 BEFORE I WILL SEND THE PACKAGE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR My FIANCEE IN THE PHILIPPINES?

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Also, your fiancee will need these documents the day of the interview.
