People have sent it by way of email and have been successful. Just formatt the email to duplicate the form. Technically it should be sent from an email for the beneficiary. if he/she does not have one just creat on on google and send it that way

send it through email much faster to reach NVC (nvcinquiry@state.gov)

make sure to put nvc case number in the subject line.

Thanks! I have sent it already by email. How long usually the NVC reply as they acknowledge the receipt of my DS 3032 via email?

They don't send you an email when they have received your ds 3032. but approximately a week, give them a call. They should have it by that time.

Oh okay. Thanks! How about the AOS invoice? Will they send it to us? maybe I just need more patience. I just cant wat to be with my husband... Its been 8 months since we start processing the papers,we thought it would only take 6 months for all the process. But then we have to undergo these hard times I guess..

1. NVC will send you an acceptance mail for your DS-3032.

2. You cannot pay the AOS bill unless it's been invoiced.

Hi VJers,

Just got received an email that they received DS 3032 already. But when we're about to pay AOS in line it says that:

"You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

So how's that? Does anyone of you had encountered the same thing as us?

Please let me know. Thanks!
