Hi! Im quite confused. Ive got received the DS 3032 from the NVC and abt to sent it tom to the NVC via snail mail. But what abt sending DS 3032 via email that your talking abt? In the letter they said il be sending the form with the address they indicated but how abt emailing? Kinda confused pls help me out abt this guys. Cuz il be sending DS 3032 tom. Thanks in advance.

thanks vj'ers! btw, i am the beneficiary. i just sent my DS 3032 via USPS in the Manila Embassy. Do u think guys i still need to send it through my email? or will that caused a problem if i send it throuh email since i already send them a hard copy via MAIL?

send it through email much faster to reach NVC (nvcinquiry@state.gov)

make sure to put nvc case number in the subject line.

03/19/2012-case received at NVC

04/03/2012-Got case #,IIN from operator

04/16/2012-Received IV fee bill

04/17/2012-Paid IV bill ($230)

04/18/2012-IV fee showing its PAID;sent IV package

They don't send you an email when they have received your ds 3032. but approximately a week, give them a call. They should have it by that time.

Oh okay. Thanks! How about the AOS invoice? Will they send it to us? maybe I just need more patience. I just cant wat to be with my husband... Its been 8 months since we start processing the papers,we thought it would only take 6 months for all the process. But then we have to undergo these hard times I guess..

Thank you. I signed in to the INVOICE. and it says that AOS is not NOT PAID (which is true since we haven't pay for that yet. But I'd like to ask if I can pay for that now even if theres NO ADVICE yet from the NVC? Please reply. Thanks!

1. NVC will send you an acceptance mail for your DS-3032.

2. You cannot pay the AOS bill unless it's been invoiced.

Hi VJers,

Just got received an email that they received DS 3032 already. But when we're about to pay AOS in line it says that:

"You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

So how's that? Does anyone of you had encountered the same thing as us?
