You can get the divorce papers online! Fill them out and print them! Then file in your local court! As long as she doesn't contest the divorce all is well! Secondly, far as filing your paperwork I would try to get a loan from a bank or friend/family! Someone who will allow u to pay them back over time! If anything look at your finances and cut things that's are luxuries and not necessities! ( things such ad having a smartphone with unlimited calling data and text, ot going to eat or to see a movie, being new things that you dont need) Child support you have to pay so there's not much you can do about it except try to get lower payment or opt to buy the child's things instead of sending your ex money and keep and show receipts to the court! Good luck with everything!

If you file now the I-751 waiver of the joint filing requirement and you don't have the divorce decree you will get an RFE to submit your divorce decree in 87 days. You will submit to Vermont and Vermont is taking 8 to 9 months to adjudicate the I-751, you will be divorced when you get the RFE then hurry up man with the divorce.

When you file, you get a one year "extension" on your current greencard.
