Hello -

I have applied for a K-1 Fiance Visa before and did not go through with it. My previous fiance did make it to the USA and left the country before the 3 months were up. I had informed USCIS by letter with appropriate documentation that she had exited the country and we were not going through with it.

Now, 2 years later. I am about to do this again with another woman. On I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance, #11 states "Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiance or husband/wife before?" I have and it says provide alienes, place and date of filing, A# and result (Attached additional sheets as necessary).

Does anyone know what exactly I should provide?

Exactly what it says. You need to include the USIC petition number, date and country. They will review your previous petition to ensure that everything is on the up and up. You may want to include documentation. Make sure you complete this information, very important.
