Hi all...

Just got a quick question... My husband is completing the I-130 for me and my son. I have just read that the fees have been reduced to $240, but we were confused on whether we only send one fee of $240 as they are being processed together or we had to send $480?

The visa fee has been reduced not the petition fee. If you send the visa fee it will be returned as denied for insufficient payment.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

how are you applying together for the child and spouse ? Doesnt each person need their own I 130 and hence individual fees for each petition ?

There are two I-130 forms, but they will be filled together it will all be in the same folder. I figured as they are not being filed seperately I wouldnt have to double the fee.

Each petition will be paid for as will all other fees that pertain to being granted a visa.
