CR1 G325A dumb question

Got a stupid question about my wife's G325A. The part near the bottom, "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:" . . . Is that "Status as a Permanent Resident?" I would think so, but she will have conditional residency since we have been married less than two years . . . soooo . . . maybe "Other (Specify):" ad "I-130" . . . ????

I would always take a look at the example forms here on VJ and use that as a guide. It sure seemed to work, we never had any problems with the entire process with the exception of Claudeth forgetting to get her German clearance translated

Just select the other box and impure the I-130 Petition. That should be sufficient.

USCIS lists it under permanent resident applications, though . . . Does anyone with a successful application remember what they put down there?

I checked Status as Permanent Resident and mine was accepted by USCIS.

You are petitioning for a CR-1 visa which is a permanent resident visa.

When I filled out that form, I ticked "other" and typed "Form I-130" and had no issues.

Thanks for the replies. It seems either will work. I guess I just have to get over the paranoid notion that UCSIS agents are heartless @$$holes who crush people's dreams for fun lol. Seems like the forms are simple and you just have to do a halfway decent job of filling them out, and have met your spouse somewhere other than a mail-order bride site.

I checked naturalization, in retrospect that was probably the wrong choice (can't remember why I checked it) but it didn't cause any problems.
