i wanna ask about the Choice of Agent,i am a Husband filling for a wife.so when the NVC send me the ds 3032 who should write in this form and who should signe it ?

when ur case approve from USCIS NVC will send u it & u choice ur agent then u will pay AOS & IV

Instead of filling out a paper version, signing it, and sending it in, it's better (faster, completely free) to EMAIL it to NVC. Follow these instructions: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Your wife will be the one "filling" in the form, so the email will come from her account and sent to NVC. In most cases, the foreign spouse chooses the US spouse as their agent.

The NVC will send you forms.. one to the Petitioner and another to the Applicant.. who is your wife. Anyone can sign the form.. anyone. You can send the requested information back via post or you can follow the information below to email it to the NVC at the link.
