well something weird happen,,I deacide to call the uscis today to find out what happen with my fingerprint and some how the canect me to an officer,,The surprise was than aparantly my fingerprint appoinment was lost in the Mail along also with my wife wich we apply same day,,They fax me The appointment letter to find out than was Tomorrow not at my local office,an office that is 2 1/2 hour (ft Myers)away from home.

Some How I feel lucky than I call Today and I won't miss my appointment

Still, he gave me a "case number" so that an officer can call me within the next 15 days in order to let me know the status of my lodged application.

In the meantime, he patched my through a level 2 officer.

This officer, reviewed my information and said that my application was still "within the normal timeframe" and that she could not see a second FP appointment scheduled. In other words, everything was fine.

Then, I decided to call the FBI as I wanted to know if my FB had been received. They were in fact received but I forgot to ask if it was processed.

I am a bit nervous now since I have not received my interview appoint letter.

What should I do?

I am not studying per se. I flip through the pages once in a while. When the day of interview gets closer, I will probably have more motivation to study "harder".

Not sure about your case in particular. One thing that happened in my case was on April 17th the status changed to "we have mailed you a letter to get your fingerprints taken...". I got the letter in 2-3 days in mail. The FP was on May 01. Since that day, we did not have any change in the online status till yesterday June 4th. I was getting a little anxious too but did not call anyone to check. I would have after two more weeks of no action. From what I have seen in the forums around and from personal experience, it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks after FP appointment for the case to update.

I found an app for my droid phone and have been using that to study with, have others at work quiz me at breaks and lunches. Its funny to see how they think they know the answers only to be wrong when they check, lol.

I went to our local USCIS today to ask help because our local DMV refused to accept the temporary GC that was stamped on my passport and refused to renew my driver's license. Our local office people (all of them at this particular office) claimed they have never seen anything like what I presented them.. I guess they have never seen stamp ever in their life.

My GC had errors so had to return it, I am still waiting for replacement but my driver's license is already set to expire in 3 weeks. I then used being already there as an excuse to have an early bio (I am an hour drive from USCIS here)... this is the first time i did early bio though (date wise) but I had been a few hours early (from 2 hours early to 5 hours early) on all my previous bio scheds and I only encountered problem once, not the officers but from the over zealous security guard who did not want to let me in ahead of appointment time until an officer intervened and let me in.

They say it depends on your local office, some are ok with early bio, others not so, but there is no harm in trying or ask from somebody served by your local office.

I found an app for my droid phone and have been using that to study with, have others at work quiz me at breaks and lunches. Its funny to see how they think they know the answers only to be wrong when they check, lol.

My husband doesn't know the answers to half of the questions either, it's mostly because the questions are phrased so weirdly though! I have an app for my phone too but having multiple choice makes it too easy, don't you think?

Yeah multiple choice is kinda too easy , but I use this app on my phone that will ask you the question then you press the option to give you the answer whenever you're ready... It's also great because it lets you pick your state, then it gives you the capital, the two names of your senators and lets you fill in the name for your state representative ......
