That sucks! At least it isn't lost, right? I mean, USPS knows where it is, correct? Sorry to hear about this. Assuming you provided the correct zip code, I hope USPS will have their act together for you the second time around.

Oh dread, hopefully it won't cause too much of a delay. Was it addressed properly? At least you were able to track it and get it corrected. Good Luck!

Hi...I sent my original I-29F on April 27th, with no tracking, priority mail through USPS. I haven't gotten any form of receipt that the it was received. No NOA1. I later realized I forgot to include the check, so I mailed another complete package on May 3rd and included a tracking number through USPS. I checked online at USPS.com and it was delivered May 6th. I have yet to hear from them via email or via text. I have not received any NOA1 and today is May 13th. Looks like everyone else gets their NOA1 within days and I haven't seen anything and my check has not been cashed.

Does anyone know what could have happened??

To start, I am not sure if you should have sent another package. The first one should be delivered to you shortly if you didn't include the check. When it comes back, you might want to contact them to make sure it's canceled. You don't want to have two K-1 petitions being active in the USCIS database at the same time. As far as your second delivery goes, you have plenty of time to wait. You say you sent on the 6th, but that is only 5 business days! Give or take 2-3 days for priority shipping and you have 2-3 days that it has been in USCIS's hands! Give it some time. Today is Sunday. Mother's Day in fact, and makes 7 total days since you sent it (not business days). Wait patiently, and you might end up with something next week if your timeline is like most of us here. It could take 30 days! If you noticed our timelines on this thread, people aren't getting NOA1 in days at all. Many of us are getting it a week or two after delivery. Don't forget to contact USCIS too about that first petition. You might want to start your own thread to get more helpful attention to that matter as well. This is really just a progress report thread. However, under normal circumstances, I did answer your question that an NOA1 can take up to 30 days for delivery. Good luck!
