can someone explain to me what is the difference between I-134 and I-864 forms?

For one the I 134 isn't considered legally binding. The I 134 is used for the K visas and only requires that you meet the fedral poverty limits for your household while the I 864 requires 125%. Some consulates will require 125% anyway because the assumption is that you must adjust status when you arrive and that does use the I 864 and 125%.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I-864 is required for the IR1 or CR1 visa. The I-134 is not applicable for either visa category. That's really all the difference YOU need to understand.
