yes true but the operator says there is no interview date for me in May. It is like all the dates have been taken. She also said that they can not guarantee me for June either.

Again, if you believe them, then don't call.

I was told multiple times there were no dates left for April/May. But guess what? My interview was assigned for May.

I'll repeat again, NEVER listen to operators' time frames. NEVER.

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!

You should be calling EVERY SINGLE DAY (except for weekends :P ) to both NVC and DOS.

Did you guys call DOS or NVC? or both?

I called DOS first, then NVC once I got my date from DOS to confirm.

And hehe, hope they stay quiet for a few minutes. Tell them it's VERY important ;)

I, in the meantime, am going to play a little hard ball. Time for "Travis" (aka me) to write another letter to congress, informing them about Riley yelling at me last night (i forgot that piece of information when I - Richelle - wrote them, lol...). I'll draft a letter and he can change it how he likes, and then send :)
