Ok,hi everyone!

I am one of the October filers that recently got approved,it happened yesterday actually!

I am reading this right now: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/LingChe_NVC_ShortCut and i have a question, I am the beneficiary, what's next for me?What do i need to get prepared except DS-230, DS-3032?

I am sorry that i am starting a new topic about this,i am pretty sure there're many people like me who have already asked the same thing.

I see that i could send both DS-3032 and DS-230 forms now,but what about the date i need to fill in?

Thank you so much in advance!!!

another question.. about the IV package

  1. Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate- does it need to be legalized after translation?
  2. Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s and petitioner’s marriage certificate- does it need to be legalized after translation?
  3. Original police certificate(s) of the beneficiary-same question here,is a legalization required after translation?

If you are sending the Originals make sure you have few copies with you. If you plan on sending certified copies it means you still need to get the copies from same issuing authority with their stamp and sign stating it is certified true copy.

As for translations, the translator must declare that he / she is eligible to translate and that the translation is accurate and correct. Better to get it notarized. This is just my opinion. You may wait for other more experienced members advice.

Yes,i know all that. The translations are made by an eligible Translating company!

When we were sending the I-130,and the documents we needed to send were all translated and legalized by some of our ministries, they had all the stamps, and the well known Apostille.

Now when i need to get a police certificate ,i'm going to translate it,but i am thinking if i have to send it to the ministry of internal affairs to legalize it again?

Thank you for the respond!

And i have another question, and i am not getting clear answers,DS-230,can i send it now,but without the date filled in?So when we get news from NVC,we'd have it already and be prepared in advance, same question about the ds-3032.Everyone is saying read that link, read this link, but i dont find a clear answer to what i need to know.

As everybody else, who recently got their NOA2,i am being confused..even though i am reading stuff all the time.
