I have been patient and waited the 5 months estimated time CSC office gives for both the CR1 and the K3....

But I am now very frustrated because it has been close to 7 months since my NO1 was submitted for the Petition and when I call, I can't get an answer except that they are currently working on September 10 for CR1 and October 16 for the K3, but my NO1 was submitted before those dates, so where do my applications stand? They claim that nothing is missing but it's just not going anywhere... I just don't know what to do anymore... any advice to whom I should request speaking to?

I have a 8 month old baby and we are both very anxious to be together with my husband again...

Married May 28th!!!

Look at the "Priority Date" on your NOA1. From your timeline I see that it's September 12 but please re-confirm.

If the above is true and the agent told you they're currently on September 10....then yours should be coming in any day now. Hope for the best and call them once a week to ask for which date they are currently working on. As soon as their priority date exceeds your priority date...you will be eligible for a service request.

Good luck and be patient. CSC has been moving the slowest. It took almost 7 months to get my approval as well.

We have waited 8 months for an approval from CSC for our I-130. When you feel bad after 5 months then please remember us. Good luck.
