Was just looking at the timelines.....there were alot of approvals today, & all from the Vermont Service Center....

5 MAR 2012 - I-129F packet sent via FedEx

7 MAR 2012 - Packet received Dallas, Texas

9 MAR 2012 - NOA1 (NOTICE DATE)

12 MAR 2012 - NOA1 (notice by Text/Email: routed to the Vermont Service Center)

15 MAR 2012 - NOA1 (received Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797))

Yes. Looks like VSC is picking up again. It will be interesting to see how fast the approvals start coming in now. And Jamie, our NOA1 dates are relatively close. I really think most January petitions will be approved by end of May latest. And if we're lucky, and VSC really gets going I think some could make it through in April too. January is one of the months with the least K1s petitions submitted, so it may work to our advantage. Fewer to process.

One of those approvals was a Dec 5 NAO1. That's "only" 5 weeks in front of me))). With my luck, will get RFE...

Dominican beneficiary? Priority processing? Is that true? Why is that?

One of those approvals was a Dec 5 NAO1. That's "only" 5 weeks in front of me))). With my luck, will get RFE...
