if you are married and he has never been to the USA or was never assigned an alien number for any other visa

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

on the top of i-130 form it says file number A !

i dont know what to put there ?

Sigh,,,after reading this post,i decided to take a look at the copy of our petition....and i see that my husband forgot to put in the date and year when i arrived in the states,but he checked that i''ve been there before...why is this happening to us???? Do you guys think that would be a problem?its the fifth month since we filed,we're kind of waiting for a notice already....and we got no RFE....

What do you think?

salam mounir i would like to ask u about something i filled g-325a form and i puted in all the question that i don't have none i didn't put n/a is that a problem ?

For somebody who has never been in the USA and has no A number, or for a Natural US Citizen, the answer is NONE, not N/A. The question is applicable. The answer is NONE.

Unless you were actually IN the USA when the petition was filed, your date of entry would not be entered.

For somebody who has never been in the USA and has no A number, or for a Natural US Citizen, the answer is NONE, not N/A. The question is applicable. The answer is NONE.

Hey..thanks...I wasnt there when he filed the petition....i was there a couple years ago...so i guess it should be fine!:)
