I am an Irish citizen currently in the US working with a P-3 visa and my fiance and I want to go through the K-1 procedure to get married in November. Will I have to go back to Ireland to apply through the embassy there once the K-1 petition is accepted or is there a possibility of conducting interviews etc. here in the US? If anyone who can shed light on this we would be most grateful. :o

K-1 Visa interviews can only be done in the foreign fiances country, not the U.S.

It might be a little "iffy" for you to "plan" your wedding for November, just in case you don't have the Visa by then and have not moved to the U.S.
