Hi,

I have a quick question, since I saw you is in Phoenix, same as me, did you marry in phoenix as well. I have no idea what certified copy of marriage looks like? I have two marriage documents on hand. Record of marriage (stamp at the back stated "the foregoing instrument is a full, true and correct copy of the original marriage record recorded by this office) and certificate of marriage

You will hand the whole document to the one who performs your ceremony, he will sign it, you and your wife and 2 more witnesses will sigh it. Then he will tear the bottom part and send it to the court. If you need a certified copy, you can get to Maricopa courts to ask for the certified copies, which cost 26 dollars each.
