I am the beneficiary;

* She is older than me by 12 years - This year I am 28 and she will be 40(she doesn't look that much older than me)

* Have all the boarding passes from our visits/trips

* Lots of photos together

* She visited me FIRST and stayed a week (due to work schedule)

* I visited her a few weeks later and stayed for TWO MONTHS with her

* I've met almost all her family several times

* Chat logs, text messages, facebook messages, phone call logs, emails, passport stamp, hotel receipts/statements, etc, etc.

* She is going to come to my interview

* I have cards/letters she wrote me from when we were first talking

Well, I think that's about it. Honestly I don't think I should have a problem apart from the age gap... do you see anything missing guys? Just wanna be prepared for the future :)

If you are from Australia, and there have been no recent divorces or immigration proceedings for either of you, I think you will be fine. They may ask what you plan to do about having kids, so be prepared to answer that.

Yeah, no previous marriages, no kids. I wouldn't even know how to answer that lol. Also I read people age 40 and over have difficulties having a baby or it's harder to conceive. We have talked about kids a lot so it's there in our thoughts. Not planning to have one that fast .. we decided to just spend time together for a while then probably try for one once we are both settled and ready.
