I AM AMERICAN AND MY HUSBAND IS FROM ENGLAND. WE HAVE MOST OF THE PAPERWORK DONE BUT I HAVE NOT SENT IT OFF YET. HOW MUCH AM I SUPPOSE TO MAKE FOR HIM TO COME OVER HERE. I KNOW I COULD GET A SPONSOR IF NEEDED. I CURRENTLY WORK 2 JOBS BUT THE ONE IS GETTING TOO MUCH ON ME, AND I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH LONGER I CAN DO IT. I'VE BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT FOUR YEARS, AND AT MY OTHER JOB SINCE DECEMBER. DO THEY LOOK AT HOW LONG YOU'VE BEEN AT YOUR JOB? THE ONE I WANT TO QUIT IS THE ONE I'VE BEEN AT THE LONGEST.

WE ARE DOING THE SPOUSAL VISA, HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE AS LONG AS EVERYTHING GOES HOW IT SHOULD? HE IS THE ONE COMING TO AMERICA BTW. :)

THANKYOU FOR ANY ADVISE.

$385,000, in cash, in small bills, tucked into yer mattress.

USCIS wants to see the photo of the mattress..

But seriously, study the I-864P with the link Ryan has provided,

and understand about time and timing.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

My mattress moves with me, always.

Sorry.

If you'd like an EMPTY mattress, well, I can certainly accomodate that sale ;)
