Same thing here. They received it on Mar 2 and now it's Mar 11; nothing. We sent in four I-485s and two I-765s. K-1 and three K-2. Maybe they have a lot of training scheduled this week?

You figure it's got to get there, USCIS receive it, send it to CSC/Vermont, process it and throw a NOA1 out the door to be in the mail again. It's going to take days if not weeks. USCIS won't do anything until you've waited around for 30 days anyway.

Good luck on your journey. :)

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

Click timeline or "about me" for all details.

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

You're welcome.

Did you have delivery confirmation/tracking on the package? And can you see if the check has been cashed yet? That's a sign of the petition at least being in the hands on USCIS before you receive the NOA1.

Ok. Yeah I used a money order as well. Nothing to do than wait around until you hit that 30 day mark, unfortunately.
