Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

ohh ty!, but i was refering to the paperwork needed to work on my field, like do i needed to get a degree translation or do i need to apply for a license

The potential employer would know what, if any license, you would need for the position.

Translation of your diploma should not be needed for employment, unless required by a specific employer. If you were wanting to enroll in a graduate level program then having your degree evaluated / verified by one of the services that do so may be needed.

Your eligibilty to work depends not on your degree but on having an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) or a Green Card.

As far as your degree, it would be best to get a translation of your degree and your transcritps them send them to an evaluator, we used "ECE" (google "ECE") They will do a US equivilency evaluation. You could present this to future employers with your resume.

Depends on the state and the job. I am a registered Mechanical Engineer in 4 states but that is only needed if you are stamping blueprints for construction permits and such, otherwise no license or registration is needed in most states and some states allow reciprocity with other states for registrations OR will simply accept you for registration if you are already registered in another state. For instance I have a BSME but do not currently work "as" a mechanical engineer. I am a project manager/consultant. I no longer do the actual engineering so I would not need to be registered at all for what I currently do.

This is another good reason to get your credentials translated and evaluated though you may not need it for the job you are currently offered.
