might also be worth avoiding the remarks about a small _____, as that could be interpreted by some readers as a racial remark.

Hey, no problem, but dont start flinging mud about "racial" comments untill you take a look a bit closer to home.

Since you removed my comments for racial insensitivity to Asians (of which none was intended), perhaps you should remove your avatar which most certainly has intentional wording offensive to ALL African-Americans.

as i said, it was due to quoting his posts. the part about racial sensitivity was an afterthought, as some have made posts along that line in this forum (or other asian forums).

As the OP seems to have received a lot of useful information and advice about the planning and expectations for his Vietnamese engagement party and since this thread has veered tremendously off topic for sometime, I am closing this thread to further discussion.
