Okay guys my interview is July 3, 2012 @ 2:15 pm Holtsville Long Island New York.. I've listed below what I could gather, please advise me if you think I'm missing anything::::

Lease

Rent receipt 

Landlord Affidavits

Cable bill

Health insurance 

Health insurance card with same policy number

Personal account in me and her name

Business account in me and her name

Paper work of our own business corporation certified by state of new York and tax / IRS 

Driver license both me and hers with living address shown

Debit cards 

Business debit cards with company name on it

And a few pictures.

Junk mails

*** we did not file tax together because we were not married yet... But definitely next year we will..

Wow u have alot of stuff together thats great! Make sure u bring copies of paperwork sent to uscis all ur notices received from them pics bills I-94 passports Ssn that's all that's coming to mind my appt is tomorrow morning.. Will try and write a detailed interview experience as soon as I can. Best of luck

I hope u pass and be at ease of mind... Remember do not be nervous and keep your answer straight ... They have 15 to 20 min to decide if it's a real marriage or not

tyvm! im super excited and nervous all rolled into one..i actually didnt even sleep very good last night it started getting to me..we leave today so we can spend the night at jacksonville bc our appt is at 8:30 then after the appt we head home to visit out families for a little vacation. =D

I assume that you purposely didn't list all of the other documents required (I-94, passports, SSNs etc). If that is the case, then what you have looks good to me.

In my application I only included the first page of our bank statements, but I am taking the entire transaction history to the interview so that they can see it is an "active" account and that joint transaction are made daily.

I haven't included call history. I am just taking the section with my wife's name on it and our joint address and the section which shows that my cell number is also on the account (family plan).

Hi Chris. Thanks for your reply. I have all my originals intact. Just going crazy gathering supporting documentation. Also, our lawyer asked me to change from a 3 ring binder with plastic sleeves to expanding folder. She said that the IO will not have patience flipping througn my binder. So I clip all our originals and supporting docs separately. She said it's easier to give to IO if asked for the proofs.

I can understand, but try and relax too. Deep breathing, music, a spot of meditation, anything that will keep those nerves down. All the best and keep us updated asap.

We're a little late for the March filers, just submit the RFE response 2 weeks ago. USPS says it's delivered on 5/29/12 (it's sent by certified mail). So far, haven't received any email or sms confirming the receipt. Case status check from USCIS website still showing no activity?

For those of you responsed RFE, what's your experience on turn around time?

I'm just worry it went to the black hole or the case might got denied because they didn't received what we sent. The deadline to response is 6/3/12 (which it's already passed).

What should we do now?

Yes, USPS tracking already showed delivered on 5/29/12. Usually with the e-notification setup with USCIS, they'll email and text sms when the case is touched. It's been over a week, so i'm getting worried, especially te deadline to respond has passed.

Called the USCIS this morning already, they said they wouldn't search for case unless it's over 30 days.

Any other opinions?

Give them 30 days. I am certain they will get to you soon.

It took >2months to respond to RFE? You should have put a signature confirmation on it. Normally USCIS takes their time getting to an RFE especially if the response was slow. Be patient.

Yes, it's a nightmare for us to get something from overseas.
