I just now dared to take a look at the March Fliers over on CSC... This is almost criminal ... it is as if VSC is slowing down the K1s on purpose ... the processing procedures can not be that different... This is being done on purpose ... could the employees in VSC be on a sort of "slow down strike" ... there was a 5 month turnaround now there a 1 year turnaround... I think there is something more to this than just an a slow worker ... :bonk:

Can someone call ABC or NBC or CBS or CNN? Who's willing to air their story?

I don't think this is a terrible idea. Especially when you consider that our cases may be getting held up do to Obama's Dream Act (which is ridiculously unfair. Right at election time I could see as that is such a hot button issue a station like Fox reporting on this. I'll write to Fox. So, yes, consider someone on it.

Are you calling Nick+Elizabeth? I can research some direct email addresses of reporters who follow the president as well. It could be a question for him to answer. Who's brave enough to email?

hahah every day since August has been "my day" :) I'm just sad, I miss him so much. He's telling me such sweet things on Skype.I just want to disappear in his arms....

Do you think that involving media would help? We have to take some steps..

Well, I found a Fox News Tips email address. I'm emailing them now. I'm even adding the link to this thread, assuming that's alright with everyone? But I think our comments speak pretty loudly. Along with the link to the immigration timelines for VSC and CSC. The email is: foxnewstips@foxnews.com if anyone else wants to write in as well. Will it help? I honestly don't know. I feel like at election time with immigration being such an issue it is important enough to get some coverage. It certainly is a great injustice for those of us attempting to do the right thing as American Citizens. If it doesn't help us, maybe it will at least help people that come after us... if the story even gets picked up. At this point, what do we have to lose?

But we would have to write a lot of emails... I believe that one or two will not help :( I'll tell my fiance to write one too

Today is a day of taking action! Let's flood that email address. We need one for another news channel as well. Another idea is getting someone to write a brief article on a blog and forward it to these channels. Here's a link to CNN's: http://www.cnn.com/feedback/show/?s=newstip. Is there anyone among us who lives in Ohio? This is one of the states where the candidates are focusing their efforts. If someone could email a local news channel in one of these battleground states, it could get some attention. Ohio, Florida, PA, etc..

There was a petition thread floating somewhere right? That has gotta have at least 200+ people on it

Maybe we can get the April/May filers, too. This isn't going to magically go away, and they shouldn't have to wait this long, either.
