ok the Date where i have to sign is cut, it just shows 2/29/201...... is this a problem???

I'm assuming you entered the date digitally, by typing with date, correct?

If this is the case, just leave the date blank, and write 29 FEB 2012 manually

yes i entered it digitally, it's the same for her and it's coming from the Philippines so should i ask her for a new copy without the date being enetered digitally? or can i just use white out and write it?

I wouldn't recommend whiteouts... can't you just fill a new one with the information you have?

Go here http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=fe3647a55773d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD Download a new form and just re enter all the information. Leave the date at the bottom blank, print it, sign it and date it.

yes i can for myself, but her's i can also but it wouldn't have her signature, would this be a problem sending her G-325A without signature and date?

Yeah, my bad! I edited my previous post because I gave you the link for the i-134.. so disregard that!

Yeah, you need her signature on that one. Guess we'll have to wait for someone who has had this issue and bring some light into it. I jumped the rope and I assumed it was the other form headbonk.gif

Bumping it! Can anyone with more experience help out?

Would he need to get a brand new G-325A from the fiancee in Philippines with a legible date? or can, this one, he has now, where the year does not fit on the area, be corrected?
