how Petitioner receives I-864 Package from NVC ??

hi everybody i want to ask how the Petitioner receives I-864 Package from NVC ?

we just paid AOS and it shows paid , do we need to wait email from NVC sending package with form or what ? sorry i'm confused

No, don't wait for NVC to send you stuff about the AOS package; it could take days or weeks. Download the form from USCIS and fill it out. Once you're done, include the necessary documents and mail it to NVC.

When the AOS fee shows as paid you can go ahead and print out the AOS barcode sheet and send it with form I-864 and the necessary documentation. Same goes for the IV Fee bill and the DS-230 form. Don't wait for them to mail you anything because it can take weeks for things to start rolling, unless you need to make time. You can find all of this info in the EZGuideSpouse guide.

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

thank you , but it looks like it's gonna take time because my wife just ordered transcripts by automated system which gonna take 5-10 days , so we will send this package late , isn't bad ?:(

Not at all my friend. It's better to wait and send the package complete with all the supporting/required documentation than getting stuck with an RFE because you were missing something, and then having to wait weeks for them to review it.

Citizenship

6/24/2016: Mailed N-400 package via USPS from Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan

7/11/2016: Received NOA1 dated 7/5/2016

11/3/2016: Received email from USCIS-Seoul Office with Naturalization appt set for 11/30/2016

11/30/2016: Naturalization Interview on Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan. N-400 Approved

12/1/2016: Naturalization Ceremony

You have a year to send these packages to NVC. Don't worry.
