hi everybody i want to ask how the Petitioner receives I-864 Package from NVC ?

we just paid AOS and it shows paid , do we need to wait email from NVC sending package with form or what ? sorry i'm confused

No, don't wait for NVC to send you stuff about the AOS package; it could take days or weeks. Download the form from USCIS and fill it out. Once you're done, include the necessary documents and mail it to NVC.

When the AOS fee shows as paid you can go ahead and print out the AOS barcode sheet and send it with form I-864 and the necessary documentation. Same goes for the IV Fee bill and the DS-230 form. Don't wait for them to mail you anything because it can take weeks for things to start rolling, unless you need to make time. You can find all of this info in the EZGuideSpouse guide.

Not at all my friend. It's better to wait and send the package complete with all the supporting/required documentation than getting stuck with an RFE because you were missing something, and then having to wait weeks for them to review it.

You have a year to send these packages to NVC. Don't worry.
