co-sponsor must complete an I-134 also

All the requirements are the same for the co-sponsor. http://www.uscis.gov.../i-134instr.pdf

The instructions for I-134 also state you need a letter from the bank stating:

1. when the account was opened.

2. how much has been deposited in the last year.

3. the current balance

isn't this needed too?

Im also doing the co-sponsor thing, do I need my fiances original birth certificate? I have a copy of my father in laws to be who is the co-sponsor. We have W2's. 1040s, I134 stating he makes over $100,000 and his house value and how much mortgage is on it. Will that be ok? That info is being posted to me on Monday and I want to make sure we have everything so I can request my interview.

Yes, but on the checklist i have from the embassy says:

Bank statement OR Letter of Employment could replace i-134.

So I am just gonna use only the employment letter from both my fiance and co-sponsor. I guess it's depends on the embassy.

for i have researched , I think you do need the original birth certificate of your fiance and copy of the co-sponsor's as they might want to see it at the interview.
