My wife and I got married within 90 days upon her arrival to the states. It's been over 90 days and we are applying for AOJ.

Does she need any other special documents pertaining to applying for AOJ other than the basic AOJ required documents?

Someone had mentioned that I would need to file I-130 along with other AOJ documents if I-94 has expired or my wife has been in the states past 90 days prior to applying for AOJ.

Adjustment of status = AOS. :)

You married within 90 days but before you had been married 2 years; you file AOS and supporting documents and forms. No need for i-130 unless you married outside the 90 days or you've been married for more than 2 years. It's your choice to submit i-131 and i-765 but both fees are waived when submitted with the i-485 - just remember to submit evidence for each i-485, i-131 and i-765. They're all asking for G325A so you need one for each of the forms. Was your medical done less than 12 months ago?

It's AOS (Adjustment of Status)... I have no idea what the J would stand for. I-130 is only required if you married AFTER the 90 days or it's been more than 2 years since you married.

Whether or not you submit I-131 (AP) depends on how much overstay you have.
