Hello everybody. I'm currently applying for a K1 visa to get to my beautiful fiancee in the US. We have gotten back our NOA2, and I'm now going for the police report and medican examination. Now, here's the question.

Originally, I lived in Adelaide, and then went to live in the US on a J1 visa for 12 months. Upon returning late september last year, I've been living in Melbourne with my family. Now, I was told for Victoria you didn't need a police report if you've only lived there for less than six months (though by the time of my interview, it will no doubt be for me). However, I have heard I also need a report for when I was living in Adelaide. I want to ask if this is true, before I make my trip to South Australia to get it done.

G'day and congrats on the NOA2

Ask the Vic polce for a NATIONAL FINGERPRINT report. Must include fingerprints. It will be for all of the time you have lived in Australia...ok?

Ok, so asking for that will mean I don't need to get one from South Australia?

"National" means all over the Nation (meaning all over US). So correct. You will only need the one WITH fingerprints.
