The reason I said this is in reference to the I134 is because someone said that all this information should have been sent in already. I know things are done differently in different countries. In Ghana the sponsor or cosponsor information in reference to their is turned in at the interview. Also when I posted the question I was not given the option to choose a specific topic that I would like the question to be posted under.

Okay so this IS for the K1 interview. Please fill in your timeline. There are various reasons for this the main being that it allows people to give you better advice.

In order to post in the appropriate forum you go to the forums list: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/ click on the forum that applies to you (which is "K1 visa Process & procedures" here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/80-k-1-fiancee-visa-process-procedures/) and then click "start new topic". The start new topic button only shows up when you're in a forum so you must have been reading in the AOS forum when you posted this topic.

I will report this to be moved for you. No need to start elsewhere.

If this information was to be sent in before it would have been sent in. There would have been no need for me to ask this question.

All of your answers have been confused by the fact you didn't SAY I-134, you didn't say you were still at the K1 interview stage, you have no timeline and you posted in the AOS forum (has since been moved). If you had posted in the K1 forum you would have got different answers.

Am sorry but if you are going to be interviewed in accra ghana, all they care about is the tax transcripts and nothing else. i was there myself and saw how many applicants were turned away for months only to go get their tax transcripts and not tax papers or w2s. They where not too hard on 2011. 2010,2009 and 2008 where enough. try get them. your sponsor can walk to their local irs office and request for them and that will be instant. online, takes about ten days. Good luck. am here for any further questions.
