Is this the normal pattern for a Stokes Interview? Prior to AOS interview?

Or was the AO just blowing smoke?

He said he was going to check the computers to make sure and if it comes out clean then everything is all done and we will get interview for adjustment of status in the mail soon. He said because we had this interview then the aos will be easy b/c they accept their decisions.

good for you, we had our interview almost a 1 1/2 years ago for green card for my husband, someone has a grudge (I'll be nice and won't name names), so we were video taped, interviewed separately. I was accused of being paid for marriage, even though I was the one sending him money, then they said that it will be under investigation, well a year and 1/2 later, they're still investigating and we're still waiting... :ranting:

This is a past g/f on the internet who found out he got married and is living in the united states. She threatened him she was gonna start trouble for him. I guess she did.

How did this woman get your current address and his information to pass along?

Personally if that happened to me I would be rather worried and urgently consult an Immigration Attorny and ask the lawyer to attend the meeting with you.

I have heard cases where immigration have called and asked the immigrant to attend a "meeting'. Only to be welcomed by ICE.

Immigration Attorny is the way forward. Make sure you know your rights before attending.

If the OP is legally in the USA, legitimatly married and has already filed AOS then regardless if ICE is there waiting or not, the OP has nothing to hide or worry about,

I suggest use this as a test run for the AOS interview, bring all support evidence of the relationship, and there shoul dnot be any problems,

This is a past g/f on the internet who found out he got married and is living in the united states. She threatened him she was gonna start trouble for him. I guess she did.

You may want to find out why your Spouse is chatting up girls online to the point where they want to stir up trouble. How did this past G/f findout where he is , maybe she is not so much a "past g/f"
