I met my fiance at the disney college program when i was 19 and we been going out ever sinse! im from brazil his from wisconsin. We see each other a lot and im going to graduate college this year and we been spending so much money on plane tickets and litterally cannot go 2 months without seeing each other! We want to get married next year when im done with school. He still has a year to go!!! We are filling all the forms and plan on sending or I-129F at the end of the month once my stuff gets to his house. Im afraid they are going to deny us just because we are so young! Im totally prepare to get married and so is he! i never felt this way before and i had my fair share of boyfriends in the pass.

If anyone could give us any advice I would really really like that.

Love

Fernanda

Not an issue if you are "free to marry" Age 18 or above. Younger in some states with parental permission but 18 is legal in any state.

The biggest challenge could be income depending on what your SO does for work. Age isn't a problem. There are all kinds of filers here on VJ: old, young and those with big differences in age and many get approved.

NOA 2. Really?
