People...I have a concern, we sent our Spouse Visa package and now im discovering some thing that i dont know if could be an issue or not.

1- On I-130, my wife the USC complete the gap where it says Alien Registration Number, she put hers...but now she is a USC trough Naturalization, so i dont think she had to complete that number

2- On g325 A, where it says this form is submited in connection with an application for:

NATURALIZATION

PERM. RESIDENT STATUS

OTHER

We put Other: I-130...and now im thinking we should have written PERM. RESIDENT STATUS

Do u think these 2 things could screw up the process????

Thanks

1. The first...the A-number, she can correct by alerting USCIS of her current status.

2. Yes, you are correct, you should have marked "permanent resident".

This too can be corrected by alerting USCIS (service center).

Buena suerte!

Some other VJers have ticked other and marked I-130. They had no problems. You can try contacting them but they may asked you to wait to see if they send you a RFE. It really is your call. I personally did the above and I guess I will see what happens with my petition.

Good luck with everything

I love my husband!!

There is nothing to correct. What you did IS correct.

What you answered looks fine to me also.

I checked other: I-130 as well on the G325A form. Providing her Alien Registration number seems fine also, maybe the number is not applicable anymore since she is a naturalized citizen however, providing the number seems fine. Further down, question 13 requests the certificate number for the naturalization and I am sure you all provided the requested documentation of the naturalization, so you should be good. I wouldn't sweat it if I were you.....
