How to Expidite?If am having medical condition Neuroma

I am living with my spouse in his (benificiry ) country I have medical condition called neuroma.Dr says i need surgery ,but i am afraid to have surgery here in his country.I want him there while i would have surgery.Is it a good reason for expidite.I have all my documents from doctors to show that i have neuroma.Please let me know Thanks

Possibly. I am not a doctor so I don't know how urgent surgery is with your condition. If you can get medical statements from doctors saying you need surgery asap, and that doctors in the USA are better qualified to do the surgery, then it is reason for expedite.

All you can do is try but from what i've seen unless its a life threatening situation they may not approve it. But try... if you already have your i130 at USCIS call them and talk to an operator and tell them you are wanting to expedite for your medical condition. They will want proof and documentation etc so be prepared to send all of that as well. They should give you a reference number and you should receive an email response within a week or so of request letting you know if it was approved and forwarded for the case to be looked at and if it was denied you will simply have to wait until they get to your case to approve.

Since it is you, the petitioner and not the beneificiary needing to come to USA for the surgery they may not approve and just expect you to return for your medical needs waiting out the process for him to come. But best of luck with the expedite request

Do you have insurance in america? How will you pay the hundreds of thousands of dollars for the neuro brain surgery?

How will you state that the beneficiary must come with you

I think they would expedite your case because you need your love one close to you while you are going through a critical surgery.

I would suggest just call USCIS to expedite your case.
