How do you find the date of current apps being processed?

I have seen several topics where users are putting the date that the CSC is currently processing. I found a website that I thought was reporting that information, but under K-1 it just said 5 months.... no date.

So basically I'm wondering how those dates are found. If you are calling in.... or if there is a website. And the number or website would be helpful.

And if anyone knows the CSC K-1 dates that are currently processing I'd appreciate that too :)

10/20/2011 - Submitted I-129f to CSC

10/22/2011 - CSC Received our packet

10/24/2011 - NOA1

10/28/2011 - Touched

2/23/2012 - 2/28/2012 Trip to Mexico

2/27/2012 - NOA2

3/5/2012 - NVC received our packet

3/6/2012 - NVC forwarded packet to consulate

3/8/2012 - Received by consulate

3/23/2012 - Packet sent by consulate

4/16/2012 - Medical and Finger printing scheduled

4/17/2012 - Interview

People are calling the USCIS and asking the operator what date is currently processing.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thank you!!!! This site has so much information and I don't think there is enough time in the day for me to find everything I need to know on my own ;)

Just from looking at your timeline, it looks like you're due for a response soon in the next month or so. The only bad news is that when I looked at the pending files for CSC (where my app is too), October has a huge # of apps (at least from people that use this site).

I'm thinking the CSC is going to start catching up after October's filings are done.

K1 Process -

1/30/12 - I-129F sent

2/2/12 - NOA1 Received (CSC)

2/3/12 - Visa App Fee Check Cashed

6/18/12 - NOA2 Email Received at 9PM MST

6/22/12 - NOA2 Letter Received in Mail

I saw that too... :( I am hoping to have him here for his birthday, May 13th. I was really hoping to have him here for my birthday, March 10th, but I think we all know thats a bit unrealistic ;)

I'm not sure about I-129f, but for I-130s, CSC has received more new petitions every month than the number of cases completed. That explains the current backlog at least. But it seems the CSC has a trend of sporting up during the new year and spring, then slow down some time in the summer..

Do you think is taking longer because most of your cases are IR-1 and K-3 most husband/wife? So probably more check ups?
