Hey guys

On Sept 26 I checked my status and saw : "On September 26, 2006, a welcome notice was mailed for this case. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice. Please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 during business hours."

On Sept 27 I got: "On September 26, 2006, a welcome notice was mailed for this case. If

30 days have passed and you have not received this notice."

Today I got : "This case has been approved. On September 30, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours."

What's the difference between those two notices?

They are both technically approvals but the welcome notice email usually comes first. I got my approval emails a few days after I got the welcome notice one and I received my husband's green card a day later!!! It's just a glitch in the system I think but either way...CONGRATZ!!!! :dance:

Yep, it's a glitch alright...and glitch stands for USCIS! I am assuming you received 7-10 e-mails for each approval notice, welcome notice, and "we ordered your card" notice like most of all of us do. :blink: If yes, then you will have your green card any day now. :thumbs:

CONGRATULATIONS! :dance::dance::dance:

Thanks to all for the guidance and support and speedy processing to all!
