i came illegally via the border from Mexico i have my tps now im married with a us citizen i have a daugther

When/Who applied for a TPS for you? You will need a waiver for the illegal entry. Have you and your wife discussed this at all? What are you applying for? Having a child has no bearing on your legal or illegal status. That's just a added hardship on your part

Your post is so lacking of details, it's like we have to write our own version of your journey just to answer any simple questions. If you want HELP, you must spill evrything related to your journey. There must be a time line inculed with this information.

But to answer to your simple orginal case, YES you can go back to Haiti to wait out your green card. Is that the best possible solution, we can't answer that question without more information.

Not so fast with the yes. If the OP is adjusting status and has not received Advance Parole, he will abandon the adjustment. Very bad results.

Let's not speculate. The OP needs to give details about his situation.

Aaron, if you had read my entire post, you would have seen that I did not speculate, I answered his simple question after telling him that to give him a better answer more details were needed, but if he wanted an asnwer based on his less than detailed post then the answer is yes. Please read, then respond.

Hey Life,

I did read your post, and I simply diagree with you.

Personally, I don't think it's a good idea for the OP to leave for Haiti without his green card. We don't know if he has his AP.

As you posted, the OP needs to Post more about his situation in order to get a good answer on whether it is a good idea or not to travel to Haiti while he waits for his green card.

Aaron, he has a TPS status and probably his status has expired or about to expire. Now has his wife filed for him, only he knows.
