I do have a couple of questions though. We have a very similar timeline and found their love in Peru. I thought that we did not pay for the visa now at the embassy but had to use the State Dept web page also I thought that only packet4 was used for Peru. Do they now require packet 3 and 4 and is it still possible to pay at the embassy? Which dr did you use for the medical? Thanks and reply after you get to celebrate the great news

Hi.. well yes u have to pay $350 the day of the interview. when they say package 3 or 4 its because the embassy first will send u a paper like a notification to fiance house then they will send u another package with the day of the interview.

About the medical, yes your fiance has to pay 300 soles for appointment and more money for vaccionations, thi is depends of the doctor.

Good lucks guys..

Only one package is sent. The appointment letter and the instructions come together, they call it packet 3 AND 4. You don't need to submit anything prior to the interview like it used to be a couple of years ago... and the $350 is payed the same day, in window 14
