Hello there,

Am an expect on this but with my personal experience at the interview, i would say try get someone that has at least

filed their tax over the last two years. The embassy knows very well how to find such faults and how to use them to delay you.

just keep looking for someone that has been employed for at least two years and has all two transcripts.

remember is all about the figures on the transcripts nothing else. keep looking and dont loose hope. best of luck.

Turn off the caps & stop yelling at the family you say you have here.

They like the USC in your case will submit tax transcripts. If you believe those will not reflect sufficent income levels to provide the support required, dont use them. The source of the income is indicated on the transcripts. Transcripts are obtained free from the IRS by calling, mail request or on line.

Even when you're on unemployment you will still have to file taxes. Unless it's changed, the previous 3 years of tax returns are required to show a co-sponsors income level. That was the requirement when I got my CR-1

Thank you for your reply!! You are right u have to file taxes even on unemployment and you actually need to send the NVC the past three years tax returns but... for the interview it is required to have the transcripts for those previous 3 years.

It isnt me that thinks that you are yelling. Its everyone knowledgeable in cyber speak. Better to not do it; we can read what you have to say without it.

My guess is that most people see caps and pass on by.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
