Delayed NOA2

Who do we contact for our NOA2??? We have been waiting for our NOA2 since January(5month) and today is Feb 2 but we havent received any notification on it. Can you please tell us what to do because my fiance and I are worried because some people who filed in sept have recieved their's and we filed in Aug but bavent received anything....

The service centers are sometimes backlogged, that's been the case for the past few months. If your case is out of normal processing, then look at your NOA1(bottom left if I remember correctly) and there should be a phone number. Have your case number ready along with a few details of you and your fiance(e), they might ask for birthdays ans such.

Dont worry for K1 visas they are still doing augest so you should be getting it soon by this month (feb)

But If you want call the USCIS number 1800-375-5283 and talk with someone so maybe they can put in a service request for you

They didnt do one for me because they said the normal processing time went up to 6+ months not 5 :/

It might have been purely coincidence but I wrote to our local congressman and within days of contacting them our case was being looked at by CSC. Always worth a try! Good luck

As some said you can call but I have read more then once recently that CSC is stating they are taking 6 months to process a petition.

NOA2 RECEIVED ON 1/02/12..My fiance and I are so excited about the approval. Thank God and thank you all for your responses and support. We still marching on till our my interview and visa approval. Please i welcome your suggestions and the way forward.... thank you
