Hey Moz - yer so bad - I wanna make you cook 11 sets of mutton tarjin for penance.

You should ask the USCitizen Petitioner, yer spouse, to call into NVC and confirm that the DS-230 has been added to the casefile.

Then have yer USCitizen Petitioner, yer spouse, to ask the NVC TeleOperator IF the case will be set up for scheduling for the February Scheduling Session.

baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah... Mutton Rocks !

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

i full visa application i sended to my lawyer 2 weeks go !!!!

Just for follow up -

Post Decision Activity is solely from USCIS portal. USCIS portal is useless for status now , as yer casefile is at NVC.

the OP needs someone to talk to in Arabic because they have asked the same question a few times and got no answers because no one can understand their English

I can understand her ;)

**** Moving from K3 to CR_1 visa forum as OP seems to be applying for this type of spousal visa. OP- you may want to post in your own language in the regional forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/ or ask your US citizen wife to come here and ask questions, as there seems a definite language barrier *****
