I guess, it is better for the petitioner to email NVC, if hs/she is the designated choice of agent.

Hi,

My fiance John (petitioner) emailed NVC twice inquiring for update of status... I (beneficiary) made follow-up emails...NVC responded to mine...John didn't receive a reply from them...

they sent me two emails (for the 2 email inquiries i made: same content; different dates....they responded 2 emails: different format...but both NVC emails assigned us a case number) see this link:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=34178&st=0

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...475684&st=0

email them with this format:

Good luck,

Either can e-mail (or call). I'm the beneficiary and they have replied.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
